Options

Options is a service provider of technical expertise that is transforming the health of women and children in developing countries. It works in partnership with governments, health workers, NGOs, and businesses, bringing together knowledge, expertise and influence to ensure everyone has access to the health care they need.

 

Options’ work in more than 50 countries includes contributing to improving health systems during and after the Ebola epidemic in Sierra Leone, enhancing the capacity of the Nepal ministry of health to deliver health services before, during and after the earthquakes in 2015, and working with the governments in Nigeria, Malawi, Tanzania and Kenya to strengthen the delivery of health services. Options also leads issue-based regional programmes on key gender issues, including DFID’s global social change communications which aims to end FGM, and an Africa regional programme which promotes accountability for improving maternal survival.
